The conditions for our Lowest Price Guarantee (LPG) are:
- LPG is valid within 14 days from purchase
- The LPG is based on the original competitor price, not including discounts/deals
- All costs (e.g. shipping, payment costs, etc.) must be included in the final price of the product in the checkout to be compared
- The competitor must deliver to the country of purchase.
- Auction sites like eBay are not included
- Secondhand/refurbished products are not included.
- LPG is not valid for our own campaigns
To apply the LPG, after your purchase, please contact our customer service with the following details:
- Your Order Number
- Link to Competitor page showing the product as per the conditions above.
- It is in stock
- Available for immediate delivery
- Same model / size / color etc.
- The price in the same currency.
