Returns are delivered back to our warehouses within 20 business days (4 weeks).
Once received, these are normally processed the same day, or up to a maximum of 2 weeks after receipt during peak periods.
You can track or consult your previous returns using our Return Portal.
- Halfway through, you will receive a notification of the delivery of your package to the hub in London.
- It can take up to 10 additional business days before your package is delivered to our warehouses in Poland.
- Unfortunately, you do not have access to this tracking.
You will be informed by email:
- when the parcel arrives to the hub,
and, - when the parcel is delivered to our warehouse.
